Jillian M Bumpus, MBA, PsyD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management, educational consulting, and career services. Currently serving as Workforce Manager at Health Research, Inc., Jillian implements employee engagement and communication strategies aligned with OPH's strategic goals. Jillian is also the President of JM Career Services and Consulting, providing expertise to educational institutions on enhancing student experiences and outcomes. With a background as Dean of Instruction and Professor of Business at Bryant & Stratton College, and as an adjunct professor at various institutions, Jillian has consistently contributed to academia and career development initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Psychology in Human and Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management.
