Heather Hyden

Heather Hyden currently serves as the Public Health Strategy Lead at Humana and as a Senior Program Officer for Operations at Health Resources in Action (HRiA). Previously, Heather was a Senior Portfolio Officer focused on food security at Humana, where impactful community partnerships were developed to enhance health outcomes in Louisville and Texas. Heather's earlier experience includes a Research Associate role at the University of Kentucky, where new programs and courses in racial equity and community development were created, as well as leadership positions at the North Limestone Community Development Corporation and Community Farm Alliance. Heather holds a Master of Science in Community and Leadership Development from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Urban Planning from the University of Memphis.
