Jen Cyran

Jen Cyran serves as the Managing Director of Behavioral Health at Health Resources in Action since July 2010, providing strategic leadership for behavioral health projects, including substance use and problem gambling helplines across multiple states. Jen co-developed and co-leads the Behavioral Health and Racial Equity Initiative, fostering racial equity in behavioral health programming. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Substance Use Services and Associate Director, managing significant substance use-related projects and helplines, while fostering collaborations with various stakeholders. Earlier positions include Social Media Coordinator for MMORE, Blogger at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, and Database Director at Mass 211. Jen holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from William James College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northeastern University.
