Lisa Aslan

Lisa Aslan is a seasoned professional in capacity-building and youth development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Capacity Building Assistance at Health Resources in Action since April 2015. In this role, Lisa leads the national Youth Development (BEST) Training Institute and manages multiple projects addressing education, youth development, and racial equity. Previous leadership positions include Director of The LEAH Project, where Lisa significantly increased funding and improved program retention and graduation rates. Lisa's extensive experience spans various organizations, including the National Network of Abortion Funds and Children's Aid Society, where responsibilities ranged from fundraising and program oversight to strategic partnerships and implementation of health initiatives. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Journalism from New York University and a Master of Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University.
