Health Rizz is an after-school nutrition education program building the next generation of Health Rizzlers - confident, informed kids who know how to fuel their bodies. Currently offered across all elementary schools in Hoboken, NJ, the program serves students in grades 2–5 through age-appropriate nutrition education and hands-on recipes (5 ingredients or less).

Through strong school partnerships and family engagement, Health Rizz drives meaningful behavior change: increased kitchen confidence, healthier food choices, greater water intake, reduced reliance on processed foods, and more curiosity about trying new, whole foods.

With a proven, school-based model and growing demand, Health Rizz is expanding across New Jersey to support student wellness, empower families, and deliver scalable impact in childhood health education.
