Shelley Malinoff

Shelley Malinoff has been working at Health Services Advisory Group since September 2008, serving as the Director of Surveys, Research, and Analysis. Prior to this, Shelley worked at CIGNA from 1987 to 2003, holding titles such as Director of Hearing and Vision Services and Quality Director. Malinoff holds a PhD in Hearing Science from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, obtained between 1979 and 1985. In their current role, Shelley primarily focuses on the Medicare Health Outcome Survey (HOS) project.
