Lindsay Dafir, MS, RN, CCM, currently serves as the Director of Quality Analytics and Process Improvement and previously held the roles of Director of Care Management and Clinical Auditor at Health Services For Children With Special Needs since October 2018. In the Clinical Auditor position, Lindsay implemented population health programs and conducted annual gap analyses to align organizational policies with NCQA Standards and Medicaid Regulations. Prior experience includes positions as a Research Assistant at Purdue University Global, Case Management Coordinator at PHI, Clinical Nurse at SELLATI & COMPANY, INC., Charge Nurse at Falcons Landing, and Staff Nurse at Devlin Manor Health & Rehab. Lindsay holds a Master of Science in Health Information Management and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Purdue Global, as well as an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Excelsior University.

Health Services for Children with Special Needs, Inc. (HSCSN) is the contracted health care plan provider for the District of Columbia’s Child and Adolescent Supplemental Security Income Program (CASSIP) for children and young adults. HSCSN serves children and young adults up to age 26 who live in Washington, DC and receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI). We focus on young people with special health care needs. That way, we can give your child the kind of attention and level of care that helps make their life as full as possible.
