Timothy O'Toole

Timothy O'Toole has a diverse work experience in various industries. Timothy started their career as a Field Supervisor at South Shore Fence in 2005 and later worked as a Project Manager/Construction Foreman at Lamaco Inc. from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Hebrew SeniorLife as an Operations Manager, where they primarily focused on facilities management and emergency response in a retirement community. Timothy then worked as a Multi-Site Facilities Manager at Home Properties in 2014 and as a Construction Project Manager/Recruiting Manager at Ameritrust Residential Services from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an HVAC Project Manager/Coordinator at Ravti, achieving a high project sales close rate. In 2018, Timothy became the Director Of Facilities at Senior Care Group, overseeing the daily operations of the Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments at a senior living and rehabilitation center. Prior to their current role, they were the Director Of Facilities & Project Manager at The Estates at Carpenters from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Timothy O'Toole holds the position of Director of Plant Operations at Health Services Management, starting in 2022.

Timothy O'Toole pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Management and Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Project Management from St. Petersburg College between 2016 and 2020. Additionally, they obtained the OSHA 10 certification, and is certified by the EPA.
