Craig Hadley is a highly experienced safety investigator and engineering professional with a robust background in aviation and safety management. Currently, at the Health Services Safety Investigations Body (HSSIB), Craig investigates maternity occurrences across NHS Trusts in Northern England, holding roles as Senior Safety Investigator, National Safety Investigator, and Maternity Safety Investigator since February 2019. Prior experience includes working as an Air Accident Investigator at the Defence Accident Investigation Branch and serving for over two decades in the British Army, primarily with the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (REME), where roles included Strategic Engineering Flight Safety Specialist and Multi-platform Military Helicopter Availability Manager. Craig holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Wales.
