Del Webb

Del Webb has over 20 years of experience in the field of social work and behavioral health. Del is currently a Senior Clinical Delegation & Quality Oversight Specialist at Health Share of Oregon. Prior to their current position, Del Webb worked as a Supervisor (Utilization Review - Behavioral Health) at FamilyCare Health, where they managed a small team that performed utilization management of behavioral health services for a Medicaid/Medicare managed care organization of 120,000-130,000 members. During their time at FamilyCare Health, Webb developed training protocols to support continued learning, new procedures and workflows to promote efficiency, and processes for managing specialized behavioral health services, such as Eating Disorder treatment and ABA. Webb also assisted with the development of new provider contracts and contributed to the development of long-term strategic goals.

Webb began their career in social work as a Social Work Administration Intern at Multnomah County in September 2012. Del then became a Mobile Outreach Counselor at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare in December 2001, where they provided counseling and case management services to clients with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues who were living on the streets or in shelters. In September 2011, Webb became a Social Work Intern at Youth, Rights & Justice, where they provided direct social work services to youth in the juvenile justice system. In September 1998, Webb began working as a Counselor III at Network Behavioral Healthcare, where they provided individual and group counseling to clients with mental illness.

Del Webb received their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from Portland State University in Social Service Administration and Leadership. Del then went on to earn their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College. Del completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Utah, earning their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology. Del is also certified by the State of Oregon as a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW).

They work with Debi Bagwell - Clinical Delegation & Quality Oversight Specialist, Elle Appling - Delegation & Quality Oversight Coordinator, and Megan Lopez - Delegation & Quality Oversight Specialist. Del Webb reports to Alex Covington, Delegation & Quality Oversight Manager.
