Graham Bouldin is the Chief Quality Officer at Health Share of Oregon. Graham has over fifteen years of experience in the field of mental health, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance. Graham began their career as a Day Treatment Manager at Morrison Child and Family Services, where they provided supervision and training to on-line staff, performed hiring, treatment planning and program orientation activities within multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists and medical staff. In November 2007, they became the Quality Assurance Coordinator at Clackamas County, where they were responsible for data and policy analysis, compliance, grievances and complaints, pay for performance and utilization management. Graham participated on numerous advisory councils and regional work groups during their six years with the organization. In their current role as Chief Quality Officer, Graham is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance program for Health Share of Oregon.

Graham Bouldin has a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Graham'story and Philosophy from Beloit College.
