Maureen Seferovich is the Children, Youth, & Families Program Manager at Health Share of Oregon. Maureen has over 15 years of experience in program management and compliance.

Previously, Maureen was the Manager of Corporate Integrity at FamilyCare Health. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the program integrity of FamilyCare's internal operations, contracts, and delegated entity partners. Maureen also served as a liaison to the Oregon Health Authority, representing FamilyCare on OHA workgroups, rules advisory committees, and legislative task forces. In addition, Maureen supervised FamilyCare's Appeals & Grievances team for both Medicaid and Medicare.

Before joining FamilyCare, Maureen was the Program Manager III - Homeless Services at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare. In this role, they oversaw street outreach and transitional housing programs for Cascadia in downtown Portland. Maureen also managed homeless services funding/grants from Federal, County, City, and Medicaid sources.

Maureen began their career as a Project Manager at ProtoCall Services, Inc., where they also served as a Clincal Specialist and QA Manager.

Maureen Seferovich has a B.A. in Psychology from Western Washington University and an M.A. in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College.

They are on a team with Jeanni Dunagan - Strategic Initiatives Operations Manager, Tina Pfenning - Project Coordinator, and Selby Stebbins - System of Care & Behavioral Health Specialist. Maureen Seferovich reports to Christine Bernsten, Director, Strategic Initiatives.
