Rachel Arnold

Rachel Arnold is a seasoned legal and health policy professional with significant experience in healthcare law and public health management. Currently serving as Senior Assistant General Counsel at Samaritan Health Services since December 2021, Rachel has held various roles at Health Share of Oregon since February 2013, including Director of Contracting and Network Management. In addition, Rachel contributes as a Board Member and Executive Director at the Medical-Legal Partnership of Oregon. Previous positions include Associate General Counsel at Cambia Health Solutions and Attorney at Lindsay, Hart, Neil & Weigler. Rachel's early career experience includes roles at the Oregon Court of Appeals and as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Oregon. Rachel holds a JD from Willamette University College of Law, an MPH from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University.
