Currently, they serve as the President of Glove One, where they oversee the production of nitrile gloves for healthcare, dental, industrial, and household settings. They also serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Health Supply US, focusing on delivering essential safety and medical supplies to frontline workers and government entities.

In the past, KC Pelle has held the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at SoftGlove, where they manufactured and distributed nitrile gloves for multiple market sectors. They also worked as an Operating Partner at Cambridge Capital LLC, a private equity group specializing in supply chain investments.

Earlier in their career, KC Pelle was the Head of Supply Chain (CSCO) at Maris Collective LLC and served as the Vice President - Americas at FIATA International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations. They also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at MEGAMODAL, a global logistics enterprise offering a wide range of transportation management services.

KC Pelle has a diverse education history. From 1995 to 1997, they attended Colorado Mountain College and obtained a degree in English Literature and Guitar. KC then transferred to San Diego State University, where they studied Communication, General from 1997 to 1999 and received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications. Afterward, KC Pelle attended UC Santa Barbara from 1999 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a double major in Communication, General and Philosophy and Religious Studies.

Alongside their education, KC Pelle has also obtained several certifications. KC acquired the USCG Captain certification from the US Coast Guard Academy in February 2010. In February 2011, they received the Kaizen - Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from ASCI International. Additionally, KC Pelle obtained the CTPAT certification from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection in January 2012 and the TWIC certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in January 2018.
