Stephanie Hojan, CPHIMS, SHIMSS

Stephanie Hojan, CPHIMS, SHIMSS has extensive experience in the healthcare informatics field. Stephanie currently serves as the President of Health Systems Informatics - HSi, a consulting company specializing in Epic and MEDITECH reporting and analytics. In their role as President, Stephanie provides leadership in managing day-to-day operations, information technology needs, social media and marketing, and sales support. Stephanie also plays a crucial role in identifying and developing new service lines.

Before becoming President, Stephanie held the position of Chief Operating Officer at HSi from July 2018 to March 2022. During this time, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of the consulting company. Prior to their role as COO, Stephanie served as the Vice President of HSi from October 2015 to June 2018. In this role, they provided strategic oversight of reporting projects and worked as a senior site manager for clients. Stephanie also worked in interim management roles for clients as needed.

Stephanie's work experience also includes roles at other organizations. Stephanie worked at IPC Global as a Senior Consultant in 2012 and at Healthcare Informatics Associates, Inc. as a Senior Healthcare Technical Consultant from 2004 to 2011. Prior to that, Stephanie was a Project Lead for Decision Resources at ThedaCare from 2000 to 2004. Stephanie began their career at Benefit Advantage as the Manager of Operations from 1999 to 2000. Throughout their career, Stephanie has gained expertise in managing teams, overseeing reporting projects, and providing consulting services in the healthcare informatics field.

Stephanie Hojan, CPHIMS, SHIMSS, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Carthage College. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. Stephanie is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) from HIMSS, which they achieved in December 2019. Stephanie also holds the Senior Member of HIMSS (SHIMSS) certification, obtained in April 2020. Stephanie has received multiple certifications from Epic, including Epic Cogito Project Manager Certification in December 2013, Epic Radar/Cogito Tools Administration in July 2010, Epic Reporting Workbench/Cogito Tools Administration in July 2010, and various Epic Clarity Data Model certifications in 2004. Furthermore, they have a Hubspot Social Media Marketing Certification from the HubSpot Academy, which they obtained in November 2020.
