Jodi Phillips

Jodi Phillips has worked as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Flowers Hospital from May 2005 to July 2017. Jodi then transitioned to the role of Director of Business Operations at HealthActions Physical Therapy and Wellness in August 2017, where they currently work.

Jodi Phillips began their education journey in 2003 when they attended Wallace Community College. There, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and completed their studies in 2005.

In 2020, Jodi enrolled at the University of Alabama at Birmingham to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management. Jodi successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2022.

Continuing their education, Jodi joined the University of Alabama at Birmingham again in 2021 to pursue a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety. Jodi is expected to graduate in 2023.

Additionally, in 2022, Jodi also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, further expanding their knowledge in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
