Johnnie Burnett, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT is a highly experienced physical therapist currently serving as the Director of Clinical Development at HealthActions Physical Therapy since May 2019. In addition to this role, Johnnie has been a physical therapist at HealthActions Physical Therapy and Wellness since July 2015, and an Outpatient Physical Therapy Team Leader at Southeast Alabama Medical Center since November 2014. Johnnie also has extensive experience as a physical therapist at The Therapy and Wellness Group, Inc since August 2009. Johnnie holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Alabama State University, a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Mobile, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Since opening they have established physical therapy and wellness clinics in Jackson, Thomasville, Monroeville, Troy, Daphne, Atmore, Enterprise, and Dothan, Alabama.
