Samantha Palmer, PT, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist with extensive experience in both outpatient and skilled nursing facility settings. Currently serving as a managing physical therapist at HealthActions Physical Therapy and Wellness since January 2017, Samantha also provides PRN services at TROY HEALTH & REHAB since May 2023. Samantha earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where involvement included three long-term clinical rotations in various care settings and a role as an Anatomy Teaching Assistant. Previous experience includes serving as an undergraduate research assistant at Central Michigan University, focusing on mitochondrial analysis in C. elegans. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Central Michigan University.
