Jessica Black, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica is currently the Vice President of Business Operations at Healthbridge Complex Care + Rehabilitation, where they oversee cross-functional management across the organization. Prior to this, they served as a Field Director at Banfield Pet Hospital, where they managed the operation of 20 veterinary hospitals. Jessica also worked at CareMeridian in various roles, including Director of Operations, Support and Manager of Reporting and Analytics. Additionally, Jessica has experience as a Business Data Analyst and Admissions Coordinator at CareMeridian. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Member Services at ABL Organization and as an Executive Assistant at Grandma's House of Hope, a non-profit organization.
Jessica Black earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara from 2005 to 2009. Jessica then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from California State University, Fullerton, completing it between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, in 2007, they studied the History and Sociology of Spain at Universidad Nebrija for a brief period.
