Gema has seven years’ experience in the field of Behavior Analysis in the roles of Registered Behavior Technician, Lead Social Skills Teacher, Clinic Manager, RBT Trainer, Clinical Fellow, and now, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has worked in California and Michigan in school, clinic, and home settings with individuals on the Autism Spectrum ranging in age from 18 months – 19 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in English with a Secondary Education Certification from Siena Heights University, and her Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Oakland University. Gema is most passionate about empowering her clients and families through assent-based interventions and developing the skills of her staff.
