Patricia O’Donohue

Pat assists in the management of clients’ and families’ needs related to financial, social, and emotional concerns along with assisting clients and families in obtaining equipment and supplies needed. Pat works closely with the Clinical Supervisors and Healthcall Team according to the plan of care. Pat also collaborates with external case managers, social workers and all other members of the clients’ health care team. Pat has been an RN for over 40 years. She received her BSN from University of Michigan. Pat is certified in Pediatric Nursing. Pat worked at Children’s Hospital of Michigan for 40 years, most of those years being in the Pediatric ICU. Pat has experience in education both for hospital staff and as an adjunct clinical instructor for pediatrics for Oakland Community College. Pat has been in case management and discharge planning for almost 5 years, with a main focus on discharge of the complex pediatric patient.
