Tom Doheny

Tom Doheny has extensive work experience in the field of learning management systems (LMS) and information systems (IS). Tom worked at Healthcare Academy (HCA) from November 2016 to the present, starting as an LMS Administrator/Developer and then transitioning to the role of Senior Learning Management System Manager. At HCA, they were responsible for managing and developing the LMS, ensuring its smooth operation and effectiveness.

Prior to their work at HCA, Tom worked at Russell Associates for over three decades, starting in June 1985 and ending in November 2016. Tom'srole at Russell Associates was Vice-President, IS, where they oversaw various IT projects and was instrumental in the development of a new electronic inspection and observation recording system and its accompanying online data management system. Additionally, they were responsible for the acquisition and installation of hardware and software solutions, as well as custom development of training materials, assessments, web applications, and sales tools. Tom played a key role in using technology to improve operations and efficiency within the organization.

Tom Doheny graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
