Halima Benmiloud is an accomplished Commercial Excellence Director in Primary Care at Pfizer since April 2017, where responsibilities include championing commercial excellence and executing critical organizational priorities for inline and pipeline assets. At Pfizer, Halima also serves as Co-Lead of the Women’s group Canada ERG, focusing on empowering women leaders. Previous roles at Pfizer include Regional Business Manager for Specialty Care, Senior Brand Manager in Medical Dermatology, and Senior Marketing Manager for the Immunoglobulin and Surgical portfolio in the U.S. Halima has been an HBA Member and Mentor since April 2023, contributing to the advancement of women in healthcare. Prior experience includes a Group Product Manager role at Pharmascience and brand management at Merck and The Avon Company Canada Limited. Halima holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Groupe ISCAE.
