Stephenie Benigno is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and as a Commercial Integration Sr. Project Manager at Amgen since May 2013. Key achievements at Amgen include leading the commercial integration for the $28B Horizon Therapeutics acquisition and orchestrating cross-functional strategies to ensure seamless transitions for employees and systems. Previous roles include Senior Manager Sales Planner for Respiratory, Marketing Manager, and Senior Associate Marketing, where Stephenie successfully developed strategic sales programs, digital marketing resources, and cross-functional collaboration processes. Additionally, Stephenie serves as the Board Treasurer for Studio Channel Islands, contributing to the nonprofit arts sector. Educationally, Stephenie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Biology from UC San Diego and further pursued studies at UC Santa Barbara.
