Alice Townsend

Alice Townsend is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in strategic and operational HR roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Healthcare Australia since April 2023, Alice has previously held significant positions such as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Magnox Ltd and Senior Human Resources Manager at KinCare. In these roles, Alice has demonstrated expertise in managing HR teams, advising senior leadership, and implementing people strategies to enhance engagement and employee relations. Further experience includes roles at GrainCorp, Capita Resourcing, and Huntress, where Alice effectively supported talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives. Alice holds an AHRI Practising Certification in Human Resource Management and A'Levels in History, Drama, and English from Farnborough 6th Form College.
