Douglas Alexander Lopez Rodriguez

Douglas Alexander Lopez Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2023. Douglas Alexander started their career as an IT Infrastructure Technician at Ingenio Magdalena, S. A. in 2006, where they worked until 2008. During this time, they gained experience in server administration and user backup implementation.

In 2008, they became a Datacenter Engineer at the same company, where they played a key role in designing and implementing a Tier 2 datacenter, as well as managing SAN systems and virtualization solutions.

From 2010 to 2014, Lopez Rodriguez worked as an IT Security Manager at Ingenio Magdalena, S. A. Here, they led an Intrusion Detection team and was responsible for detecting and responding to attacks against the company's information systems. Most recently, in 2022, Lopez Rodriguez joined Healthcare.com. Douglas Alexander initially served as a DevOps platform tech lead, responsible for infrastructure development. Later, they became the Director of Infrastructure and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Infrastructure Platform.

Throughout their career, Douglas Alexander Lopez Rodriguez has demonstrated expertise in infrastructure design, implementation, and management, as well as strong proficiency in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices.

Douglas Alexander Lopez Rodriguez attended Universidad Mariano Gálvez in Guatemala from 2007 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniero en Sistemas. Douglas Alexander completed their education successfully and obtained the degree. Later, they also pursued an additional degree in Ingenieria en sistemas from the same university, although the specific dates and completion status of this degree are not provided.
