Shant Tripathi

Shant Tripathi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at Ardent Health since September 2022, Shant has previously held positions such as Advanced Analytics Senior Consultant at Elevance Health and Lead Analyst at Cox Communications. A strong statistical background is evident from roles at McKesson as a Senior Statistician/Data Scientist and at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences as a Statistician/Analyst/Research Associate. Additionally, Shant has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Statistics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics (Honors) from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
