Kristen Larose Freitas

Kristen LaRose Freitas serves as Senior Vice President of Federal Government Affairs and Alliance Development at the Healthcare Distribution Alliance, a role held since February 2006, following a progressive career within the organization. Prior positions include Vice President, Federal Government Affairs, and various director-level roles in the same field. Kristen's experience also includes serving as a Guest Instructor for Washington Executive Seminars at Graduate School USA, and previous management roles in government affairs at Pacificare Health Systems and the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses. Early career experience includes legislative assistance at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores and serving as District Director for a U.S. House of Representatives member. Kristen holds a Master's in Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Michigan State University.
