Patrick Kelly

Patrick Kelly has extensive experience in government affairs within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Government Affairs at the Healthcare Distribution Alliance since January 2011, Patrick represents the interests of primary pharmaceutical distributors. Prior to this role, Patrick was the Vice President of State Government Relations & Alliance Development at the Biotechnology Industry Organization from March 1995 to February 2011, advocating for biotechnology companies and related entities. Earlier in Patrick's career, from March 1991 to March 1995, Patrick held the position of Representative for State Affairs at the Grocery Manufacturers Association, focusing on the needs of branded food and beverage companies. Patrick holds a B.A. in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
