Sebastian Schegk

Sebastian Schegk PhD is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences sectors, currently serving as the Managing Partner at HEALTHCARE EXPERTS ZUG since 2003, specializing in M&A processes for innovative start-ups and SMEs. With a history of impactful roles such as Board Member and Interim CCO at Eldico Scientific AG, and Head of Data Business at Biognosys, Schegk has demonstrated leadership in integrating proteomics with genomic data for enhanced diagnostics. Prior experiences include roles at IBM, where solutions leveraging AI and advanced analytics were provided to pharma and biotech clients, as well as spearheading projects in radiopharmaceuticals at Nuclides for Life and managing marketing strategies at Merck Gruppe.
