Courtney Luna

Courtney Luna has worked in the finance and management industries since 2010. Courtney began their career as an Apartment Manager at Royal T Management in 2010, where they were responsible for the daily operations of the apartment complex. In 2013, they joined Healthcare Finance Direct, where they held a number of roles including Product Training and Communications Manager, Product Owner, Senior Manager - Implementations, Provider Operations Manager, Senior Provider Support Specialist, Provider Operations, Audit Specialist - Revenue Management and Provider Care Representative. In their role as Senior Provider Support Specialist, they worked with senior level administration to help develop and test new processes and procedures and managed and supported a team of specialists who guided providers on companywide finance policies and processes.

Courtney Luna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of La Verne and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Bakersfield College. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Data Visualization: Storytelling from LinkedIn in July 2022, and Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations from LinkedIn in September 2021.
