Kessica Gilmore

Kessica Gilmore currently serves as the Early Off Recovery Team Lead at HFD, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Kessica accumulated extensive experience at Alpha Recovery Corp., serving in multiple roles including Assistant General Manager and Collection Manager from September 2014 to April 2022. Earlier career positions include Collection Manager at the Law Office of Curtis O Barnes from December 2011 to July 2013, Front Line Collector at ARS Recovery from December 2006 to July 2010, and Front Line Collector/Commercial Sales at NCO Financial Systems from January 1999 to November 2005. Kessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix, earned from 2010 to 2015.
