Daniel M.

Daniel M. currently serves as Vice President of Investment Banking at Healthcare Growth Partners, a role commenced in September 2025. Previously, Daniel held the position of Director and Product Leader at FinThrive from February 2022 to August 2025, where an early promotion was awarded, and oversight was provided for two large business units with significant P&L responsibilities. Additionally, Daniel took on the interim leadership of the company's largest product line and worked in Corporate Development focusing on Strategy and M&A, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy & M&A Officer. Before FinThrive, Daniel worked at William Blair in Healthcare Investment Banking from June 2018 to February 2022, managing a team of analysts and leading M&A and equity-linked transactions, also receiving a promotion during this tenure. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University.
