Ieleen Belen

Ieleen Belen has over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, with a progression of roles that demonstrate strong management and clinical leadership skills. Beginning at Bupa as a Unit Manager from September 2001 to December 2012, Ieleen continued to advance through various positions, including Assessor at Continuing Health Care and Clinical Lead at Care UK. From February 2016 to May 2021, Ieleen served as Registered Manager and later as Care Manager at Four Seasons Health Care and Trinity Care, respectively.
