Kimberly Longerbone

AVP, Infrastructure, Information Security & Data Services at HealthCare Impact Associates

As Assistant Vice President of Infrastructure, Information Security and Data Services, Kimberly is responsible for infrastructure configuration, deployment, and maintenance with focus and attention on system availability, performance, operational stability, resiliency and support for client and business services. She is also accountable for sustaining the security and integrity of their commercial software products and internal business processes.

Kimberly brings an invaluable mix of operational leadership expertise, combined with extensive experience in the commercial and provider-side healthcare space. She has spent the past 25 years building and leading world-class, service-oriented IT organizations and operations. Her diverse leadership experience spans all areas of IT; including IT service management, contact centers, desktop services, infrastructure operations, information security, application development/support, analytics, telemedicine, biomedical device/asset management, quality assurance and Project Management Office.

Prior to joining Health e(fx), Kimberly worked at Hennepin Healthcare Systems as the Director of Enterprise Technology and Applications, as well as the Director of IT Customer Care. Kimberly also served at UnitedHealth Group/Optum as the Director of IT Business, as well as the Director of Operations Support and IT Service Management. She has also held IT leadership roles at IBM and Xcel Energy.

Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degree. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, as well as numerous certificates in ITIL Service Management, Asset Management and agile development. In 2018 Kimberly was a winner of “CIO Magazine’s 2018 Ones to Watch Award”, recognizing her as a rising star in the field of technology and as a strategic, C-level technology executive of tomorrow by the CIO Executive Council.
