Jay Conaway

Jay Conaway is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software engineering, project management, and Agile development. Currently serving as Task Lead for IT Assessments at Healthcare Management Solutions, LLC, since March 2011, Jay conducts onsite evaluations of State Agencies, focusing on the integration of IT tools to enhance operational processes. Previous roles include Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed leading Agile development teams, application design, and project oversight. Notable achievements include helping achieve a CMMI Level 3 Maturity rating and developing the Survey Management Application. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fairmont State University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
