Andrea Vigil is a seasoned professional in the real estate and media industries, currently serving as the Director of Leasing at Healthcare Realty since July 2022. Previously, Vigil held the position of Vice President of Leasing at Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. from April 2021 to July 2022, and spent a decade at Cushman & Wakefield, leading the Retail/Healthcare Brokerage Services team. Vigil's expertise includes strategic consulting, contract negotiation, and financial analysis, which have contributed to increased market share and minimized client risk exposure. Additionally, Vigil has a robust background in journalism, having served as an Online Editor and Designer/Editor at South Florida Sun Sentinel, earning over 20 awards for outstanding media design and production. Vigil began the professional journey with a role as Art Director at The Miami Herald, following an education at Florida International University.
