Billy May

Billy May has extensive experience in asset management within the real estate sector, currently serving as First Vice President of Asset Management at Healthcare Realty since October 2025. Previously, Billy held various executive positions at Montecito Medical Real Estate from April 2019 to October 2025, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President. Prior to that, Billy was with HCP from March 2013 to March 2019, progressing from Manager to Senior Director of Asset Management. Additionally, Billy worked at Kimco Realty Corporation as Associate Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Analyst from August 2008 to February 2013, and began a career at GE Capital (Real Estate) as a Financial and Valuation Analyst from May 2007 to July 2008. Billy earned a Bachelor in Economics with a focus on Business Management and Legal Studies from The Wharton School between 2003 and 2007.
