Casey Pileggi

Casey Pileggi is the Vice President & National Director of Leasing at Healthcare Realty. Prior to joining Healthcare Realty, Pileggi served as the Senior Leasing Director at PS Business Parks, Inc. from February 2010 to June 2016. PS Business Parks, Inc. is a publicly traded full service real estate company with expertise in leasing, property management, acquisition and development. As of October 1, 2014 the Company wholly owned and operated approximately 28.8 million rentable square feet of commercial space located in eight states: Arizona, California, Florida, Maryland, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

Pileggi began their career in commercial real estate as a Broker at Macadam Forbes, Inc. from September 2005 to January 2010. Casey then transitioned into the corporate world as an Accounting & Finance Analyst at Tektronix, Inc. from January 2002 to August 2005.

Casey Pileggi holds a BA in Economics from Willamette University, where they graduated Cum Laude. Casey also has a background in International Business from their Semester at Sea.

Casey Pileggi reports to Todd Meredith, President, Director & CEO. Casey Pileggi works with Erika Frye - Associate VP, Director of Real Estate, Rob Hull - Executive Vice President, Investments, and Kris Douglas - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
