Garreth Daniels

Garreth Daniels is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in healthcare real estate management. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and Director of Real Estate for the Midwest Region at Healthcare Realty since August 2015, Garreth oversees multiple healthcare properties across Chicago, IL, Mishawaka, IN, and Detroit, MI. Prior roles include Director of Real Estate and Portfolio Manager at Healthcare Realty, as well as Asset Manager, where Garreth focused on increasing property value by maximizing income and minimizing expenses. Earlier experience includes serving as Property Manager at Draper and Kramer, and Assistant Property Manager at both Sudler Property Management and Community Specialists, where Garreth demonstrated strong leadership and financial oversight. Garreth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Georgia, earned between 1995 and 2000.
