Michael Haggard

Michael Haggard is an experienced professional in project management and facilities management within the healthcare real estate sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of Project Management at Healthcare Realty since July 2022, Michael previously held the position of Regional Facilities and Construction Manager for the South and Southwest regions at Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. from September 2013 to October 2022. Prior to that, Michael was Chief Engineer at Main Street Real Estate Advisors from July 2004 to September 2013. Michael Haggard holds a diploma in Principals of Refrigeration and Electricity from Refrigeration School, Inc., completed between 1994 and 1995.
