Travis Bontrager

Travis Bontrager is an experienced real estate professional with a strong focus on commercial leasing and property management. Currently serving as the Director of Leasing at Healthcare Realty since September 2019, Travis oversees a portfolio of Class A medical office buildings totaling 3 million square feet across Colorado, Iowa, and Utah. Prior to this role, Travis worked at Rare Space Inc. as a Tenant Representative, specializing in leasing and acquisition for various asset classes in Colorado from August 2011 to September 2019. Additional experience includes managing office and industrial properties at Sessions Group, LLC, and working as a Project Manager at ADAMS Management Services Corporation, focusing on healthcare real estate and construction.
