Prior to this role, Patricia provided valuable consulting services as a Healthcare Consultant from January to June 2021, working closely with Senior Vice Presidents of Nursing and hospital administration teams to develop staffing strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Patricia's extensive background also includes serving as an Executive Recruiter for All Medical Personnel between October 2004 and October 2020, where responsibilities included managing a full cycle desk under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University, with studies from August 2018 to December 2023.
