Noeleen Doelger

Noeleen Doelger is a highly experienced executive with a background in financial and operational management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Healthcare Risk Advisors, Noeleen has held similar roles at FOJP Service Corporation and Hospitals Insurance Company. Prior to their current positions, Noeleen served as a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and Veris Consulting, Inc. Noeleen started their career at KPMG where Noeleen rose to the level of Partner. Noeleen holds a BS in Accounting from St Peter's College.
