Ross Hess, CPCU, RPLU, currently serves as Vice President of Underwriting & Physician Services at Healthcare Risk Advisors since December 2020. Prior to this role, Ross was President of Hess Consulting, LLC, providing consulting services to Med-Lantic Management Services, Inc. from November 2020 to December 2020. Ross's extensive experience at ProAssurance, spanning from January 2003 to March 2020, included positions such as Regional Vice President, Underwriting; Regional Assistant Vice President, Underwriting; Regional Director, Underwriting; Underwriting Supervisor; Senior Underwriter; and Underwriter. Earlier experience includes a role as Client Services Representative at SCPIE from January 2001 to December 2002. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Philosophy from Georgetown University and a Master of Arts degree in Religion and Philosophy from Syracuse University.
