Vicky Hayes Kelder

Vicky Hayes Kelder is currently the Director of Corporate Technology Training at Healthcare Risk Advisors since October 2016. Prior to that, Vicky worked as a Technology Training Manager at the same company and as a Technology Trainer at VHK Consulting from August 2000 to October 2016. Vicky has also worked as an Adjunct Professor/Instructor at Westchester Community College since 1999. Vicky holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Baruch College. Vicky specializes in providing training on various software applications such as MS Office, Quickbooks, Camtasia, SharePoint, MS Project, and more. Their expertise lies in quickly learning software, designing training, and effectively teaching others how to use and understand those applications.
