Timothy Bryant

Timothy Bryant has extensive work experience in the legal field. Timothy is currently serving as the General Counsel at HealthCare Royalty, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, Timothy held the role of Partner and General Counsel at Adams Street Partners from 2009 to 2021. Before joining Adams Street Partners, they worked as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP from 1995 to 2009. Timothy also served as an Associate at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd (now known as K&L Gates) from 1993 to 1995 and at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 1991 to 1993. Timothy began their legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable James B. Zagel at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois from 1989 to 1991.

Timothy Bryant pursued their Bachelor's degree in English at Northwestern University from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 1986 to 1989, where they earned their JD degree. In 2017, Timothy returned to Northwestern University to further their education and completed a Master's degree in Literature in 2021.
