Olivia Palmisano, RD, LD is a Registered Dietitian with significant experience in clinical nutrition and food service. Currently employed at The Emily Program since November 2016, Olivia previously completed a dietetic internship at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH, where over 1200 hours of supervised practice encompassed various clinical settings, including cardiology and pediatrics. Olivia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Syracuse University, along with experience as a research assistant developing healthfulness auditing tools, and as a leader in campus health initiatives. Earlier roles also include student supervision in food safety and public relations internship at Menorah Park Campus.
