Eric Frantsvog

Eric Frantsvog is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector and consulting. Currently serving as an Advisor at Healthcare Shares since January 2025 and Principal at NextStage CFO, Inc. since March 2024, Eric provides strategic investment guidance and process improvement expertise. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at Hallmark Health Care Solutions from July 2021 to March 2024, Eric contributed to optimizing healthcare workforce strategies. Eric also worked as an Independent Consultant from August 2020 to July 2021, focusing on M&A integration and financial forecasting for various companies. Before this, Eric held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at Vector Solutions from June 2018 to July 2020, overseeing financial planning and accounting functions.
