Hilda Flores Nering, RN, MSN

Hilda Flores Nering, RN, MSN has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hilda started their career in 1997 as an RN, specializing in NICU, PICU, Peds, and Public Health at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. After four years, they moved on to UCLA Health as a Transition Planning Project Manager, where they worked for a year. In 2004, they joined HTS, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager/Director, responsible for managing transition planning projects of various sizes and complexity, including the implementation of FreightTrain software tools. Hilda held this position for 12 years before being promoted to Executive Director FreightTrain Software. Following this, they served as the Vice President and most recently, as the Senior Vice President at HTS, Inc.

Hilda Flores Nering, RN, MSN began their education journey in 1995 at the University of Southern California, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Hilda completed this program in 1997. In 2001, Hilda enrolled at UCLA to further enhance their knowledge and skills in nursing. Hilda successfully obtained a Master's in Science degree in Nursing Administration in 2003.
